Book it down to the library. The school’s library is full of resources for everyone in the building. The library is open during all school hours at 7:45am before school and until 3:30pm after school. Students can go there if they need help with research and even if they are having a bad day and need a place to gather themselves.
Another great resource in the library is the librarian, Kelley Getzelman. Getzelman can help people find a good book and can also help find resources to research or study with. “I wish people knew more about the library website and the space in the library. I’m also really good at finding people books,” Getzelman said. To get to the library’s website, go to the school website, then to student services, and from there go to the library media center. All you have to do from there is login with your student ID and password.
The library is a place that many students don’t even consider when looking for a nice environment in the school. So, the next time you need a quiet place to work, or maybe just a good book, head down to the library.
