Hard work payed off. Cooper plays her hardest at the LaSalle-Peru Tournament and wins second place. After playing since kindergarten, she has poured blood sweat and tears into her practices. “When I was wearing that medal, I was beaming ear to ear Because I was so happy,” Cooper said. Senior Setup. Junior Mary Stisser poses for a silly photo as she helps set up volleyball’s senior night against Rochelle. The teams all help decorate Kingman for the senior players. “I like setting up for senior night because I know it makes the seniors feel appreciated, and I’ll want that too when I’m a senior,” sophomore, Rowan Weems said. The varsity team won the game against Rochelle in two sets, ending their season on a good note.
